STX Beef Co. names Scott Hardiman as President

Hardiman brings 41 years of experience in the industry, having held various progressive roles at notable organizations, including JBS Foods and DemKota Ranch Beef. Most recently, he served as President of J.H. Routh Packing Co.

STX Beef Company, based in Corpus Christi, Texas, operates a state-of-the-art 250,000 square foot facility that processes over 1,000 head of cattle per day.
